Player profiles are managed by each club's own club admin.
If you are a player, parent or coach and need to update a player profile, attendance record, parent link or coaching information, please contact your club admin first.
SmartSmash cannot normally change club-managed profile information without the relevant club's instruction or approval.
Club data access
Each club’s data is private to that club
Each club's data is kept separate. Other clubs cannot view your club's player records, parent details, coaching records, finance information or internal club information.
Future inter-club features may allow limited information to be shared for matches, tournaments or leagues, but only where the club admin has enabled the feature and agreed what details can be shared.
